Faced with inefficiencies in project management, content delivery, and tool integration.
Starting in January 2024, I collaborated with Replayboys to address various challenges and implement multiple solutions to streamline their media production processes.
- Created a tailored automation plugin for streamlining shot-tracking tasks from Autodesk Flame to their project management tool.
- Developed a custom credentials and TOTP manager for freelancers and employees, reducing the overall risk of lost or leaked passwords.
- Developed a link and asset sharing web app with tracking features, to track marketing campaigns and feedback loops with clients.
- Developed a web-shop (rental.replayboys.de) that seamlessly integrates with their existing inventory management tool Rentman to generate leads for their rental and reduce quoting overhead.

The concept of the store is based around the idea of equipment pooling from multiple vendors to offer a wide range of products to choose from, while offering the client a streamlined experience.
