It's not enough to call loadMeshBVH() on the "raw" mesh when custom
geometries are used, so with this change loadRawMesh is renamed to
loadLightmapMesh and now that the only thing it does.
This was introduced in edaef10f41074b0616c3ec42d379cf4bd9cc9278
