A Pretty Clipboard

I have this old clipboard that I love because it holds legal sized pieces of paper. I use it at various events I organize. It is super ugly.

I should say, it was super ugly. Nothing that a little mod podge and scrap paper can’t fix!

And now I have a beautiful clipboard!

Stuck Sketches Jan 1

I got myself organized after joining an amazing kit club – Noel Mignon – and made some kits with the kit goodies as well as my own stash. This means I have been able to be much more productive!

I had the perfect picture for the Stuck Sketches January 1st challenge.  Here is the sketch:

And here is my layout!

PS – If you have the chance to see the Golden Girls puppet show – Thank you for Being a Friend – do it. It was so funny.

Stuck?! Sketch – Oct 1st

Holy heck it has been a while. I hardly got any scrapping done over the busy summer! The fall weather has sparked some scrappy time for me. I loved this Stuck?! Sketch so I thought it was time to participate in a challenge again!

Here is the sketch:

Here is my summery take on it!

I love square photos and I even pulled out my Quickutz for this layout to make the clouds!

Stuck?! Sketches

I was super inspired by a sketch on the Stuck?! Sketches blog – especially Laura Whitaker’s take on it! I wanted to try it out. I had some pictures that I wanted to scrap to remember the moment, but they were not the best quality so making them small for this sketch was perfect!

Here is the sketch:

And here is my take on it. I was adventurous (for me) and tried some smooch spray. It was scary because it was my only piece of white card stock ! I think it worked out.

Love those kits

ScrapMuch? kits are such an inspiration for me. I try to use as many of the embellishments that come in the kit as possible which really add to my layouts.  The summer kit was especially cute and I see many layouts in the future as I print more summer pics.  Here is my latest with the summer kit, the layout inspiration came from a magazine:
