Description of the change: (free-text)
A property named expires is added to the itemMeta wrapper of all NewsML-G2 items.
Rationale for the change:
Use cases exist which require to give a notice to users that the content of an item is considered as not valid after a specific date (and time) and should not be used/presented any longer. Currently NewsML-G2 does not provide a property for that purpose.
