There are currently 3 coaching packages offered:
Option 1: Basic calisthenics classes
Focuses on basic bodyweight skills such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips, handstand, and general bodyweight fitness exercises.
Option 2: Intermediate strength classes
Focuses on combining calisthenics and weighted calisthenics training in order to gain strength and muscle mass, as well as intermediate skills such as handstand push-ups, muscle ups, and handstand presses.
Option 3: Advanced static skill classes
Focuses on static skills such as planche, front lever, back lever, as well as powermoves such as planche presses, front lever pull-ups, hefesto etc.
NOTE: Each session is 1-hour long. Your class will be determined by your level and goal.
Physical sessions are currently only available in Penang area. Online sessions are now available for all participants.
