Current Behavior

Currently, the library only supports filtering by user_id, which does not address my use case.

Desired Behavior

I would like to request a new feature to add a method or extend the existing filtering methods to allow querying items in the vault by username.

In our workflow, we rely on the username field to identify users in the vault. Before creating a new entry, it is critical to check if an entry with the same username already exists to avoid duplicates. Without this functionality, we cannot perform this check efficiently.
