Use this cmdlet to enable the modern communication site experience at the classic root site of a tenant. You must use the SharePoint admin powershell version 8715.1200 or greater. Use of this cmdlet is subject to rollout of capability. If you have opted into the [Targeted release for entire organization program](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/manage/release-options-in-office-365?view=o365-worldwide), you can expect to be able to use this cmdlet after May 15th, 2019. Otherwise, this feature will be generally available in early June 2019.
