Replaced "[!NOTE]" with "Note:" because...

I haven't heard yet whether PowerShell's in-product help has been updated to handle "> [!NOTE]" in Markdown source (though "> [!NOTE]" is the required style in other MARVEL documentation). This instance lacked the preceding angle bracket, so it wasn't rendered correctly on docs.microsoft.com.
