Description

The Angular Icon Button isn't getting focused on "Tab". This applies only for the flat and outlined icon-buttons

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open IgniteUI Angular DevDemos App
  2. Open Icon Button Sample
  3. Try to focus the icon button with the "Tab" key.

Result

Only the WebComponents Icon Button is getting focused this way.
