**Feature Request: Improve Language Toggle Granularity on Microsoft Learn** #5423

Description

@kmj119

Currently, when selecting "Read in English" from the topic-level dropdown menu on Microsoft Learn, the entire page—including navigation and UI—is switched to English. While this is helpful for users who prefer full English context, it can be disruptive for bilingual users who want to keep the UI in their native language (e.g., Japanese) while reading the technical content in English.

Suggested Improvement:
Introduce a more granular language toggle that allows users to switch only the topic content to English, while keeping the surrounding UI (menus, navigation, etc.) in the original language. This would improve usability for multilingual users and reduce cognitive friction when navigating the site.

Use Case:
As a Japanese user, I often find the machine-translated Japanese content difficult to interpret accurately. I prefer reading the original English technical content, but I also rely on the Japanese UI for navigation. A hybrid toggle would greatly enhance my experience.

Thank you for considering this enhancement.
