On this page for dem-resolution (float) https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/docs/blob/publish/source/arguments_edit/dem-resolution.rst it says:

DSM/DTM resolution in cm / pixel. Note that this value is capped by a ground sampling distance (GSD) estimate. To remove the cap, check --ignore-gsd also. Default: 5

It is not clear how to remove the cap. It says "also" but also implies that there is a first action.

What value should be put in the dem-resolution (float) box to remove the cap?
