I am one of the main authors and developers of SegFormer3D: an Efficient Transformer for 3D Medical Image Segmentation and here is our official repository. I am interested in adding this architecture which has been successfully tested on three widely adopted medical image data (such as BraTs, Synapse and ACDC).
