We will have a group for each SIG & the type of access required. For e.g. say there is a SIG for Robotics. We will have two groups for members and leadership and more if required. The Azure groups will be differentiated and fetched by their unique names.

Nomenclature: SIG-[Sig Name] e.g. SIG-SIGPLAN, SIG-GLUG etc.

Dynamic Rules will be defined for these groups what will auto add a member based on their Job Description.

Check in the image below how the dynamic rules are defined.

Whenever we need a user to be a member of the group we will simply add the value to the attribute as per the dynamic rule and Azure will auto add the member to the group.
