Information on Home/Welcome page are not auto-refreshed (have to refresh the page)

What happened?

In the Home/Welcome page, the data are not refreshed automatically, for example the numbers in the History, and the hover-over information for Health.

Especially the hover-over information for Health. If I navigate around in the welcome page, the data under "History" will be refreshed, but the hover-over information for Health never gets refreshed without a force-refresh of the whole page

What you think should happen instead?

The data should be auto-refreshed regularly without having to force-refresh the whole page.

How to reproduce

Run in standalone mode and navigate to the Home/Welcome page.
Hover over the one of the icons under Health, for example, Scheduler icon

Health section has auto refresh added in #49645 . For rest of the historical metrics of dagrun and task instance refresh will keep changing the last hour date window for example. Maybe refresh them only if there is a pending state instance.

That makes sense to me. We usually check if there is a pending state before auto-refreshing.
