  1. Remove the worker add-on documentation 

    The worker add-on is deprecated, since it's not needed anymore to run
a worker.Move the worker add-on documentation into the platform
documentation and remove any reference to the worker add-on.

Note that we only moved the documentation. Necessary updates will
follow later.
