WearOS App not working on LTE

Describe the bug
I don't know if it is really a bug or it is meant to work this way... But I have a Galaxy Watch Ultra with LTE enable, the DZ wearable works fine in bluetooth range, but I havent been able to make it work when only on LTE (with phone "online" at a remote location).
I would really like to be able to use the wear app as autonomous (direct connection to the server, maybe ?)
