CassandraMessageDAO always throws "Mailbox is over quota" when quota is set to 0 #52
Description
The config states: "To disable quota parameter set it to 0."
But setting it to 0 does not work as expected. Put requests always return "Mailbox is over quota" message.
Suspected reason in CassandraMessageDAO.java:144
