  1. Add multi-receiver support 

    Tested on Teensy LC and works successfully up to 5 receivers (not tested
with more though). You'll need a fast MCU because all the receivers must
be checked within a 50uS time-frame!

The limit of 5 receivers is currently hardcoded, see the IR_PARAMS_MAX
define.
