Feature Description

When making any commits via the Gitea web interface, the “Full name” field from the user’s account is used as the commit author.

If the “Full name” field is empty, then the “Username” is used instead. I would like to use the “Username”, even when the “Full name” is filled in.

Some of my projects are on GitHub, and some are on Gitea. Because GitHub always uses the "Username", the author of commits made through Gitea's web interface is different.
