jsr.json JSON schema should list an imports field

the independent JSR CLI tool does interpret the imports field despite the JSON schema not listing it as a field you can use, I think it'd be nice to have them listed as a thing you can do in case you're publishing a package with a dependency, where both are available in npm and JSR.
