Integrate website view

The website (data-viewing, post-setup pages) will need to be included from an external source due to updating requirements. Due to the level of integration needed with the native app, such as showing your connected sensor's status, this will likely be embedded in an iframe rather than using cordova-plugin-inappbrowser.

The actual website will likely be in a separate repository.
