Document internal metadata for reflection, resources, serialization and JNI

Native Image embeds various types of metadata into generated images to enable reflective (including serlalization, JNI and resource bundles) and resource access at run-time. This metadata is quite split and poorly documented. This issue tracks the progress of creating a unified document describing this metadata.
