Title: Baseline vs Thaddäus: Dawn of Justice
Description: In diesem Tech-Talk geht es um die Geschichte eines neuen Junior Devs in einem Legacy Projekt, Thaddäus. Thaddäus ist zum ersten Mal mit Legacy Code und einer Baseline (lange Ignore-Liste für Statische Code Analyse Fehler) konfrontiert. Neben einer schlechten Kommunikation fühlt er sich erschlagen und motivationslos. Sei kein Thaddäus und komm in diesen Talk um zu erfahren wie man den Kampf gegen die Baseline gewinnt!

Hidden gem information: This talk is a mix of communication and tech. The communication part will cover what can go wrong when talking about a legacy application. In the tech part I'll show a solution to monitor baseline errors over time with https://github.com/baseline-monitoring/baseline-monitoring. The tool is based on symfony and can visualize phpstan and psalm baselines over time.
