Proposal: Add a Native `OnNewLine` Event Handler

I’d like to propose adding a native OnNewLine event handler.
At the moment, I’m simulating it using OnRead, but having a built-in trigger that automatically fires on line breaks would make things much cleaner and more intuitive.
