Describe the bug

On the PSF/Workgroups page, the Google Doc found in the "Resolved" section for the Diversity and Inclusion Workgroup allows anyone to add suggestions and comments.

Perhaps replace with https://wiki.python.org/psf/DiversityandInclusionWG seeing as it is more up to date and contains the same information.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.python.org/psf/workgroups/#diversity-and-inclusion-work-group
2. Follow the link to the Google doc

Expected behavior

Be able to make visible comments and suggestions to the document.
