  1. Upgrade Angular dependencies and add Material/CDK 

    Updated all Angular dependencies to ^19.2.6 and switched to caret versions for easier future upgrades. Added @angular/material and @angular/cdk to dependencies for UI component support.

  2. Add persistent Material sidebar navigation 

    Introduces a persistent sidebar using Angular Material components for navigation, including icons and improved styling. Updates app component HTML, SCSS, and TypeScript to support the new layout and navigation items. Adds Material theme and icon font to project styles and index.html for consistent UI. Header navigation remains for user/account actions.
