Improve lib examples

These are nit picks but:

• Consider printing time or doing something in main loop of ex 1
• Consider removing unused vars from ex 2
• Consider adding example demonstrating all features built into lib. I didn't see an example that prints using getSeconds(), getYear(), etc. Should probably be ex 2. And move the String date printing to a later example.

I've removed unused Vars and printed a time in example 1. I'm leaving String stuff in the examples for now however, as I feel that is the simplest way to get a full time. Currently, those functions not used in example but included in the library are outlined in the hookup guide so users know they exist.
