Commit [r488] Maximize Restore History

(Closes issue #205) : Enhancement: Refresh single node

* introduce variable for single url. In the refresh thread, only work on that url if it is set.
* add menu for "check now" to the tree view items which only check that selected item.
* rename "refresh all on next check" to "refresh all".
