What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on Show Diff button
2. Hour glass appears
3. Nothing happens even if the default diff is changed to another program
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No response from commit monitor
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It works on my machine, but not on a co-worker's. I confirmed that the
settings are the same and they see the revisions on the screen

If TSVN is installed, check the option dialog and check the setting "Use TortoiseSVN
for showing diffs". What is that option set to? What happens if you change that option?
What OS are you using? x64 or win32, which Windows version?

Looks like he is using 1.4.x version of tortoise. He got it to work by "unchecking"
the use tortoisesvn check box.
