What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CommitMonitor-1.1.1.238
2. Configure a URL to be monitored
3. Commit to the URL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the commit in CommitMonitor. No entry appears for the
commit, ever. If I downgrade to version 1.0.0.201, everything works as
expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CommitMonitor-1.1.1.238, Apache2 with Subversion 1.4.3 on Ubuntu feisty
(using SSL).
The client workstation is Windows 2000 SP4.

Please provide any additional information below.

If not, then I would need more information:
does it show an error when you click on the repository which you know should have new
    commits? What's the error message?
In case you don't see an error, then something very strange is going on which I might
not be able to solve (besides deactivating IpV6 completely, which I don't want to do:
Win2k is obsolete and should not dictate the features of a new app).

It was enabled on the server, now it is disabled + the server is now rebooted,
unfortunately no change for the better regarding commitmonitor.
It seems to be fully non-functional communication-wise speaking.
(On the Win2K box ipv6 support is not installed)

I have a single project defined, when I click on the "Check now" button, nothing
happens, no errors displayed. Even when I configure a faulty username/pwd
consiguration, monitor won't say a word when clicking "Check now".

As far as I can tell, it only keeps the 'urls' file up-to-date.
