What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am not sure if this is generic to be reproducible but wanted to
provide a sample "search filter" with one of the results that does not
match the filter. Not sure why that particular result even shows up in the
results collection
2.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is what is happening=>
Filter: ganesh
One of the results:
revision = 1644
date = 11/2/2009 3:44:19 PM
author = sharon
Ticket number 101 indicated a missing hole from 11644115, but in reality,
the problem was caused because the revolve loop had the trapezoid flag set.
Original code made every trapezoid revolve into a tapered hole/boss. An
additional test was added to make sure the revolve was not actually a hole
with drill tip offered as a revolve.
Note, this part is still causing SWX crash -similar to what was happening
in 8756556.dxf

What part of this result does the "filter" match? It is not immediately
obvious. An explanation would be most useful to help understand.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CommitMonitor 1.6.5.470, Vista 32 bit Home Basic (Version 6.0, Build
6002:Service Pack 2)
Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure if I can call this an issue per se, but more a request to ensure
that I understand the "filter" functionality correctly.

I can not reproduce this here.
Also checking the code I can't see how an entry which doesn't match the filter string
would show up.
Can you reproduce this issue or did it just happen once?

Apologize for not responding sooner, but I was hoping to receive an email when someone
replied to my "issue".
I can always reproduce this issue with this particular repository that I am monitoring.
The search string "ganesh" always brings up that commit with revision=1644.
I am sorry you closed this ticket as Invalid, but if you want to reopen it I am willing
to provide whatever data you need to fix this, if you want to as for now it is not
hampering my work.

If you could give me read access to your repository somehow so I can try to reproduce
this, I can reopen the issue. But without that I guess I won't be able to find out
what's wrong.
I've never seen this happening on all repositories that I am monitoring.

Apologies in advance. But I won't be able to get any sort of permissions for a non-
employee to the repository. Is there something I can check myself perhaps - any log
files or debug builds? I have not downloaded your latest source but I could if that
would help. Any pointer you can provide would be helpful although you could leave this
bug as "invalid".

Ups - just had the same bug here: filter showed entries which don't have the filter string in them at all.
Now all I need is a way to reproduce this so I can fix it.

Can reproduce it. Now all that's left is to find out why this happens and fix it.
