Some options of TortoiseSVN (such as "Change log message") cannot be
invoked from the Commit Monitor directly. Therefore, it would be nice to
be able to go to the repo browser or the TSVN log window from within the
Commit Monitor, e.g. via a double click on the project entry in the
TreeView on the left side.
