Recently added command "Add project from this" does not work as designed

New command "Add project from this" requested by issue 170 does not work
as designed, because it overwrites existing project and it does not create
new one. Furthermore if you cancel the command (cancel its dialog),
existing project's settings are overwritten anyway (at least project name).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an existing project in projects pane.
2. Activate context menu with right mouse button and select
   "Add project from this" command.
and
3a. Enter settings for the new project.
4a. No new project is added, existing project's setting are overwritten
    with new values instead and all of its log records are gone.

or
3b. Cancel "Edit project settings" dialog.
4b. Existing project name is reset to empty string and all of its log
    records are gone.

Using CommitMonitor vesion 1.6.6.500 under Windows XP SP3.
