1. On the first start CM window was too small - About button was completely hidden.
2. Options dialog is TOO small. All paths are visible just at their beginning. Why do you 'save' space?? At least, tooltips with full path should be added. But the best is to make both wide fields and tooltips.
3. Options dialog. If "Use TortoiseSVN for showing diffs" is checked, Diff Viewer fields should be disabled to avoid confusion.
4. Options dialog. "Export/Import projects" buttons should be renamed to something like "Save/Load projects settings" or "Save/Open workspace" to avoid a total confusion as these buttons have nothing to do with exporting/importing SVN projects.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3: nope. Even with the option checked, you still can show a unified diff (it's in the right-click menu). So those options must not be disabled since they still apply.
