STLPort support related fixes

Cleanup of build with some options

Created two versions of shared mutex:

- Normal - fast and efficient mutex
- Recursive - it may be less efficient on some platforms

Workaround of Mac OS X / Darwin problem

Fixed incorrect time limit, used microseconds instead of
milliseconds causing test to fail on some platforms

Fixed build problem of complex test with clang

- Fixed use of uninitialized value
- Small optimization of randomization

Removed dead code

An attempt to fix gcc build

Now shared_mutex is recursive under shared_lock calls
