Restructured source tree a bit
Re-imported MSDN template into project (cleaned up version - no ties to the old Microsoft template data anymore).
Added initial keyword expansion. Fixed typos.
Removed MSDN template. Fixed typo in registry path.
Removed CVS remains.

Removed old Toolz INC remains. Added custom action to register/ unregister install path in Visual Studio. Added UI page in setup to allow user to toggle automatic add-in registration (default on).
