New: Added GLCDON and GLCDOFF for GLCD KS0108 driver

New: Check for I2C SLAVE only operation on a 18F chip - if a slave ONLY chip then issue an error message
New: Add SSD1306 to GLCD.DAT and add large fonts support ( include files to many devices )[]
New: Add GLCDON and GLCDOFF to KS0108 library
Add GLCD_DATA_PORT support for 8 bit bus, and, add ReadPixel_ILI9341 to support 8bit bus mode, adapted SendWord_ILI9341 to support 8bit bus mode
New:SH1106 Added GLCD_OLED_FONT and improved inter character control to support Foreground & Background controls
