Improved chip data comparison utility. Now checks memory ranges and configuration settings. Also has a mode to ignore added features in the second folder, and only show changes from 1 to 2 that are likely to cause issues.

Adding work in progress version of new chip data comparison utility. Can compare basic chip parameters (clock speed, RAM/Flash size, etc), interrupts, and special function registers and bits. Still needs work to compare memory ranges and configuration settings, and to better report results.

GCGB: Added app.config file to allow GCGB to run on .NET 4.5/4.6 when .NET 3.5 is not installed. Allows use on newer Windows versions without having to install .NET 3.5.
