One new Nextion GLCD driver and one updated Nextion GLCD driver

Corrected CSWEN for 18f*7K42 chips.
Three chips impacted.

Revised LCD.H to support standard LCD chips but with different widths. Use #define LCD_WIDTH 16 to change from the default width of 20 characters.

Corrected licence information only. No functional changes.

Updated GLCD drivers. New drivers and fixes.

Correcting Bytes X1 & Y1 as these clashed with register bits.Now _x1 and _y1

Updated MCP23017 library to correct errant constant.
