fix `makeClassName()` and better handling for stack overflows

opps, problems: letting '-' in class name, resulting in: Illegal class name "_oscn23_1_5_0_07/root/Users/robclark/local-src/oscript/oscript-2_10_9/oscript/tests/01data/02arr_os", etc

fix prob w/ exception handling in oscom... the actual exception thrown was not org.jawin.COMException, but instead the old class name (com.<something>) so if any exception happend when accessing a COM object, it would not be caught and re-thrown as a script exception, resulting that the script could not necessarily catch and handle the exception, and that the exception backtrace would not be correct.. easy solution is to just catch and handle Throwable instead
