merge changes to convert to the eclipse framework... jars can still be used stand-alone as well, but now they can easily drop into an eclipse RCP (or IDE) application as well |

small optimization... `null == foo` is usually faster than `foo == null` since it won't first try to convert `null` into whatever `foo` is.. |

refactor array/string utility methods (checking valid array index, and handling cases like `arr[-1]` to access the last element of the array/string) into `Value` base class so they can be shared by other types that support array-like access |

hmm, looks like I broke COM support (see #890) because now the length of `parameterTypes` matters.. I think this should fix it (and clean things up a bit), but need to commit to move the changes over to my windows PC for more testing.. |

add support for java5 var-arg methods (see #887). Also, fix a test case that was failing (simply a case of a test case that needed to be updated when `OFunction#castToString()` was updated to show function argument names) |

script class-loader should have access to all scripts, because it may need to load plugins on behalf of client plugins.. This makes `OscriptPlugin#registerClient()` only needed in cases where the client plugin has .os script files or other resources (besides java classes) that could need to be accessed from the script environment. |
