This is really not the right place to be fixing bugs in phpwsBB. Matt, reject
this one and I'll have a look at what's happening in phpwsBB unless
aretche wants to submit a patch to phpwsBB before I get a look.

The patch is to the core Manager class for something that should be fixed in
phpwsbb. I can't reproduce it in phpwsBB though which works fine for me.
