How does a plan work? Walk me through the $199 Pro plan.▾
Two things happen the moment your monthly subscription renews. (1) Immediate credits — we charge $199 and credit your balance with $199 worth = 19,900,000 base credits at our standard rate ($1 = 100,000 credits). The Pro tier adds a 26% bonus on top, so you receive about 25,074,000 credits the same day (≈ $250 of equivalent value). (2) Monthly rebate — we also set aside 15% of your $199 payment ($29.85) as a loyalty rebate and release it back to you as bonus credits over the next 12 months, about $2.49 worth per month. Both perks repeat every billing cycle. Cancel and the future deliveries + remaining rebate installments stop, but credits already in your balance are yours to keep.
Are credits included in the plan?▾
Yes. At our standard rate $1 = 100,000 credits, a $29 Starter plan delivers 2,900,000 base credits each cycle plus an 8% tier bonus, for about 3,132,000 credits. Higher tiers raise both the base amount and the bonus %.
What if I need more credits than the plan delivers?▾
Top up your balance any time on the Payment page. Your tier's bonus % applies to the extra top-up too — so a $100 extra recharge on Starter gives you 10,800,000 credits (100 × 100,000 × 1.08).
How does the monthly rebate (cashback) work?▾
Each tier rebates a percentage of what you've paid back to you as bonus credits, spread over 12 months while you stay subscribed. Pro rebates 15%, Starter 5%, Builder 8%, Scale 25%, Business 40%. The rebate stacks with the immediate plan credits — it's our loyalty bonus, scaling with how long you've been on the plan.
What happens if I cancel?▾
Credits already in your balance stay yours (they don't expire). Future monthly credit deliveries and any remaining rebate installments both stop at the end of your current billing cycle. You can resubscribe any time to resume.
Can I change plans later?▾
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge and prorated extra credits; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the higher tier's bonus % for the current cycle.
What's the QPS limit?▾
QPS = requests per second. Free accounts run at 0.2 QPS (one call every 5 seconds). Plans raise the cap — Starter 5, Builder 10, Pro 20, Scale 50, Business 500 — so high-throughput workloads don't get rate-limited.
