A little about the Resort

This resort is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in paradise. From its location on a white sand beach, this adults-only all-inclusive hotel has the ideal facilities: several pools, a water park, a wide range of dining options and endless entertainment choices. This 24-hour, all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay offers all the amenities to make your stay a unique experience, including minibars, drink dispensers, air conditioning, ceiling fans and many more services. If you visit one of the 5 pools, you can enjoy perfect moments of relaxation thanks to the water loungers and the sun deck. If you’re someone who prefers the sea, you can use the private area for guests on the beach.

This beachfront property is located on Montego Bay, chosen by visitors as one of Jamaica's favorite beaches. The white sand, crystal clear waters and tropical palm trees make this place a magical place. Jamaica is known for the nature that hides in every corner. Therefore, we recommend that you walk through the natural environment of the island and let yourself be delighted by its beauty.

The resort is all-Inclusive and covers all meals, with a varied buffet for breakfast and dinner, and à la carte options in themed restaurants. Snacks are available 24 hours a day. Payment / Refund policy:

We offer flexible payment options and do not require monthly payments. However, certain deadlines must be met to secure your reservation:

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit, per person, is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total trip cost. Should you have to cancel, the deposit(s) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final Payment Due Date: The remaining balance must be paid in full by June 6, 2026
Any booking made after June 6, 2026, must be paid in full.

Although you may make payments at your own pace, you must adhere to the above payment deadlines. Failure to meet these deadlines without making a feasible arrangement in advance may result in cancellation of your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled, the deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel before June 6, 2026, you will be refunded all payments minus the non-refundable deposit(s).

If you cancel after the final payment date of June 6, 2026, ALL payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel protection is recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations.

Cancellation/Change policy:

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to a different date.

Cancellations must be received by Bella Luxe Travel Boutique via email (bellaluxetravelboutique@gmail.com) a minimum of 60 days prior to departure. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 - 14 business days minus the non-refundable deposit of $200 per person.

No refunds or reductions will be made for any accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services which are included in the vacation package not utilized by a guest.

If you would like to change the name on the reservation, a one time, name change may be allowed with a $50 processing fee in addition to any fees charged by the supplier. Requests for name changes must be submitted via email at least 60 days prior to the travel date. For this trip, the final cancellation/change date is June 6, 2026. After this date, no changes can be made. After the final payment date, all payments are non-refundable. After final payment date and if you have purchased travel insurance, you would follow the policy's reimbursement process. FINAL PAYMENT is due June 6, 2026.
