Would this syntax work in PostgreSQL?

INSERT INTO MyTable (FirstCol, SecondCol)
VALUES ('First',1),
 ('Second',2),
('Third',3),
('Fourth',4),
('Fifth',5)

Inserting 5 rows in a single Insert? (I am trying to implement this solution across many different backends) works on SQL Server 2008, need to make sure it will work on many others.
