Matters Arising: John ZL2JEL said he had not offered to follow up the matter of Anderson Power Pole connectors.

Correspondence In: QBit, H/Quarter circulars, Thank you letters from Matthew Whittington And Arahonui Hospice.

Out: Sympathy Card to Mrs Jennifer Greene, Letters and donations to Arahonui Hospice (ZL2MD) and Wanganui Hospice (ZL2ACE) (ZL2BGE – ZL2FT )

  General Business:

1. Leo ZL2BGE produced the 2012 Field Day Results

2. John ZL2JEL reported lack of volunteers resulted in his cancelling us out of assisting the Wanganui Car Club.

3. Ivan moved that the book shelves be cleared out and members be given first option on the books. (ZL2THO – ZL2FT) Carried

4. Mike ZL1BNB informed that the cases against Wellington & Tauranga Town Plans discrimination against antennas still being progressed.

5. Graham ZL2AHR reported talking with Ian Stephens and notified that Ian requested being dropped from the Cats Whisker mailing list.

6. Barry ZL2RR brought up the matter of a delay switch on the building’s outside light. This matter to be advanced.

7. Val ZL2FO produced a copy of the WARO Fiftieth Jubilee publication for members to peruse.

8. John, ZL2JEL told members that he had been approached for four operators to assist the Car Club with its next hill climb weekend on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 May.
