When I was a kid, I imagined 2026 like a sci-fi utopia where no more wars happened, starvation's gone and so poverty, and peoples lives in a preserved world.
It's obvious that something wrong happened on the way.

So this album's gonna talk about that.

Short explanations about the tracks (because some of them have title that is not that explainatory and others do).

01 Corrupted Signal. This track isn't about a corrupted radio transmission but about the corruption that seems intricated to the system we're living in.

02 State Of Emergency. So this track's title is enough self explainatory.

03 Escape Velocity. The title seems to talk about the velocity needed to be reached to espace from Earth gravity. But it don't. This track is about the desire of escaping this shitty world's state.

04 Towards Absolute Chaos. No need to explain this one.

05 War. Same

06 Heat Waves. Same again.

07 Crystal Clear. So it is crystal clear for eveyone that we need to dismantle this shitty system in order to survive. So why nothing happens?

08 Collective Cognitive Blackout. Because we're all victims of a collective cognitive blackout.


For the musical side of the album, I used some project files from Analog Abstractons. So pretty much same instruments, mix and mastering. So it will sound a bit like Analog Abstrations.
In this album, I tried to get minimal, I mean really minimal. Some tracks have only 3 instruments and most of them have only 4, with some short additions here and there.
And I have to say that that was a challenge to be that minimal without doing something that bored me, so I hope it will not boring you.
Despite the fact that this album have 8 tracks, its duration is less than an hour, but enough to called it a LP ^^

The cover art isn't from AI but from a photography I found on my X feed. There was no credit so I don't know who took the original photography and found a few similar to this one so impossible to say who really made it, sorry for the author, and if you are the author of the original contact me and I'll buy it. I processed it with photoshop to give it this retro sci-fi vibe. Seems to be the new Glasgow subway's new train.
