I chose here due to meeting with someone. The location actually is not that ok due to traffic jam and crowd but i also realized that this is budget hotel before and i was sceptical at first. But once seeing their modification and services. Its ok though

Mercure price, ibis budget performance

Not sure if it is because of Ramadan, but the breakfast selection was very limited. Food was served (the warmers weren't switched on) & the juices served felt concentrated rather than fresh. The food variety and quality on the first two days cannot be compared to even the cheaper brands within the Accor Group. On the last day, the hotel decided to stop breakfast & made food delivered to our room - that was THE BEST breakfast we had. Food quality was definitely a lot better. The room felt darker than normal rooms - the windows are very limited, maybe only 40-50% of normal hotel rooms. This was definitely a huge disappointment. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Mercure Jakarta Grogol is most favourably situated and offers an impressive array of facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness centre, ice bath, and sauna, all of which are most commendable. The comfort and quality of the guest rooms are equally exceptional, providing a truly delightful stay.
