## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

## CEX Spain Scraper (es.webuy.com)

Owned Apify actor (`autoclient/cex-spain-scraper`). Scrapes CeX Spain grade SKUs
(Libre A/B/C) for a search query and **captures each grade's product-detail
ficha in-session** (sub-actor capture at price-extraction time, zero drift),
emitting a public `screenshotUrl` per row.

### Input

- `search_input` (string) — e.g. `iPhone 15 128GB` (alias: `search_query`)
- `max_items` (int, default 10)
- `include_trade_values` (bool, default true)

### Output (per grade SKU)

`boxId`, `title` ("… Libre A/B/C"), `sellPrice`, `cashPrice`, `exchangePrice`,
`grade_letter` (A/B/C), `productUrl`, `stock_status`, `screenshotUrl`.

# Actor input Schema

## `search_input` (type: `string`):

Product search query (e.g. 'iPhone 15 128GB'). Primary field used by the orchestrator.

## `search_query` (type: `string`):

Legacy alias for search\_input. Either field works.

## `max_items` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of grade SKUs to scrape and capture.

## `include_trade_values` (type: `boolean`):

Best-effort extraction of CeX buy/exchange prices from each ficha.

## `include_images` (type: `boolean`):

Include product image URLs in the output.

## `include_stock_status` (type: `boolean`):

Include in-stock / out-of-stock status per SKU.

## `include_descriptions` (type: `boolean`):

Include long product descriptions (off by default).

## `throttle` (type: `integer`):

Optional delay between requests.

## `proxy_groups` (type: `string`):

Apify proxy groups (comma-separated). RESIDENTIAL by default (webuy 403-blocks datacenter). Ignored if Custom proxy URLs are set.

## `proxy_country_code` (type: `string`):

Country for the Apify proxy IP (ES by default, so webuy serves the Spanish locale).

## `proxyUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional. Standard proxy URLs (http://user:pass@host:port) from ANY residential provider (IPRoyal, DataImpulse, Smartproxy…). If set, these REPLACE the Apify proxy and the actor can run outside Apify. Leave empty to use the Apify proxy.

## `s3Endpoint` (type: `string`):

S3-compatible endpoint, e.g. https://<acct>.r2.cloudflarestorage.com or http://minio:9000. Leave empty for AWS S3. When the S3 fields are set, screenshots upload here instead of Apify KV (run outside Apify).

## `s3Bucket` (type: `string`):

Bucket name for screenshot uploads. Required to enable S3 storage; otherwise screenshots go to the Apify key-value store.

## `s3Region` (type: `string`):

Region (use 'auto' for Cloudflare R2). Defaults to auto.

## `s3AccessKeyId` (type: `string`):

Access key id for the S3 bucket.

## `s3SecretAccessKey` (type: `string`):

Secret access key for the S3 bucket.

## `s3PublicBaseUrl` (type: `string`):

Public base URL screenshots are served from, e.g. https://cdn.example.com/screenshots. The emitted screenshotUrl is <base>/<key>. Defaults to <endpoint>/<bucket>.

# API

You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "search_input": "iPhone 15 128GB"
};
// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("autoclient/cex-spain-scraper").call(input);
// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
    console.dir(item);
});
