## Bing Search Scraper

Collects complete organic result cards from Bing's public, server-rendered web search. It uses ordinary HTTP requests, performs no login or challenge interaction, excludes advertisements and Bing-owned redirect/navigation links, and stores one consistent record type.

### Input

- `query` (required): 1–500 characters.
- `maxItems`: 1–100 unique organic results; default 10.
- `market`: a language-region code such as `en-US`; default `en-US`.
- `proxyConfiguration`: optional Apify/custom proxy settings.

### Output

Each dataset row contains its sequential position, title, decoded external result URL, displayed URL, domain, snippet, optional displayed date, query, market, Bing source page, and retrieval timestamp. Incomplete cards, ads, unsafe URL schemes, Bing-owned links, and duplicate result URLs are omitted.

If Bing returns a verification or non-results page, the run fails and writes a small `DIAGNOSTICS` record to the default key-value store; diagnostic data is never mixed into the dataset. Requests are not retried, pagination is bounded, and the actor never attempts to solve a CAPTCHA or evade access controls.
